Core Travelers - 11.1mm (7/16")

• J Type 11.1mm STD RW.  This is our standard design for 11.1mm (7/16") conical rings.  It has a straight back and square head.
• J Type 11.1mm SF RW.  Similar to our STD above but with an indent between the back and foot area.
• J Type 11.1mm BY RW.  This design is for bulky yarns.  It has a extended yarn path area for better yarn clearance.

 

Wire Profile and Application

• RW - Round Wire is used for processing fine wool and synthetic counts.
• F - Flat Wire is used on heavy wool and synthetic counts.
• Oval or HR - Half Round or Oval is used on medium and course counts.

 

Finishes

• Standard - This is our standard highly polished traveler used mainly for processing non-abrasive fibers or where production runs are short.
• Miracle - A nickel process to enchance traveler life.
• Jet - A controlled heat treating process that produces a smooth surface yielding better yarn quality, longer traveler life.  Specifically designed for the production of fine wool.
• CPH - Chrome plated head travelers.  Chrome covers only the top of the traveler and is used on abrasive fibers and filament yarn.
