Splicing Equipment:

Our Mill Devices Division offers a complete line of splicing equipment designed specifically to replace knotted and/or glued splicing on virtually all textile yarn composite fiber tows. These splicers are utilized in a variety or processes including: Winding, doubling, twisting, warping/beaming, knitting, weaving, tufting and others.

Hand operated, track mounted and automatic air splicers are available in a variety of models and set-ups to accommodate different yarn characteristics and sizes in both textile and non-textile applications.

Designed to join traditional textile yarns and composite fiber tows in processes where knots are objectionable or impossible to tie. This unique splicing method produces high strength, consistent joins in virtually any material regardless of size or composition.
