| NATI Instrument (NEPS & Trash Indicator) - Code 3280 |
 |
For objective and quick counting of neps and trash in slivers from carding, combing machines
and drawing frames. Collected data is essential for the determination of raw material quality
and the wear conditions of the clothing on both carding and combing machines.
Being very lightweight (Kg 20), it is easily trasportable and can be used near to the production
machine.
The device is fitted with a suction system, for use with a 220 V 50/60 Hz supply.
Principle features:
- Performance speed: the analysis of 1 meter sliver sample takes less than two minutes.
- Data repeatability: manual preparation of sample does not influence final result.
- Reading accuracy: besides the classical counting of neps over 0.7 mm, it is also able
to read neps > 0.5 mm. As concerns trash, it is divided in two classes: >0.25 mm, >0.5 mm.
The device has a display for single data reading of Neps and Trash.
Optional: possibility for linkage to a printer for the reading of statistical data (average,
standard deviation, CV%) every 5 tests. Fitted with RS232C output.
Net weight: Kg 20
Dimensions: (L)400x(W)300x(H)500 mm
