Single Flange Ring
The single flange ring is standard in Toyota, Howa and Zinser
spinning. The ring mounts directly into the ring rail and is secured
by a retainer spring.

Reversible Ring
The reversible ring is common in conventional spinning frame types
such as Saco Lowell, Whitin Roberts, etc. This type of ring requires
a holder to be mounted to the rail and retaining spring securing
the holder underneath the rail.

Non-Reversible Ring
The non reversible ring is found in Sussen, Savio, Marzoli and
Rieter Spinning. The ring is pressed into a reusable holder and
is mounted into the rail with adjusting screws. This allows the
ring to be centered to the spindle.

Quick Change Press System
The Quick Change Press System can be adapted to any type of ring
spinning. The ring is pressed into a reusable holder with a neoprene
insert securing the ring. The holder can be secured by a retaining
spring or adjusting screws. This allows you to change the ring diameter,
which gives the customer flexibility during yarn count changes.
You can change the ring on the frame without removing the rails
or holders. This process takes a maximum of two hours and the holders
do not need to be re-centered if they were previously centered.
